Dueling Tips
Dueling Tip 1 * Never have more then 6-7 level 5 or higher monsters. Why: At
that rate you will never be able to summon a monster onto the field.
Dueling Tip 2 * You should have about 10 traps or less. Why: Reason One, there
arent a whole lot of traps worth putting in there, unless your deck has a theme.
Reason Two, Jinzo and Sorceror of Dark Magic, Jinzo negates all traps and
Sorceror of Dark Magic lets you choose what traps to negate.
Dueling Tip 3 * Know and Understand the cards you have. Why: Because the more
you know about the cards you have, the better chance youll have to make great
stratigies & awesome combos that will leave your opponent in the dust.
Dueling Tip 4 * Mental Dueling - Face Expressions and Bluffing. Why: Yugioh is
5% Physical and 95% Mental. A face expression can say a thousand words. For
example, you drew a game-winning card but you look like you are about to beg for
your opponents mercy, or, you act like you have an awesome trap down so your
opponent wont attack, but you just have a useless card down.
Dueling Tip 5 * Know whats out there and find out whats coming. Why: So you can
change your deck around to fit the new cards that go with your deck, so you can
always keep your deck strong.
Dueling Tip 6 * Always Believe in yourself. Why: Because if you are confident
about your dueling skills, you have a better chance of actually winning then if
you go into the duel thinking that your going to lose.
Dueling Tip 7 * Try to make your deck someway link together so if u have a full
hand, somethin is bound to connect to make a great combo.
Dueling Tip 8 * Always make sure that your deck is ready for anything, even the
most unlikely thing, because one of the things you should try to do is surprise
your opponent, so thats what your opponent may do.
Dueling Tip 9 * You usually wanna limit your deck to like 40-45 cards so then
you will be able to get your best cards quicker and faster!
Dueling Tip 10 * If you dont really need the card then don't put it in your
deck, so it will make your deck smaller so again u can get your cards you need.
Dueling Tip 11 * Test out a deck before spending the time and money to get all
the cards to make it, you can do this by marking some useless cards with the
name of the cards u need, and put those in the deck temporarily to see how the
deck runs.
