By toon videos, do you mean 'cartoons'?

I rarely watch any kind of cartoons anymore. At the moment, I'd have to say my favourite cartoon would be Avatar. It has spectacular animation despite being an Nickelodeon production and not anime. The voices are well done and the characters are awesome. And the story takes place in China, rather than in the USA, which most of their others cartoons take place in, so that's an added bonus for me.

As a kid, I also liked the older Nickelodeon and YTV cartoons. I can't seem to remember what they were called.
