This issue has come to my minda lot lately, so I thought of making a topic about to broaden my knowledge regarding it and one what light does people see it.
It's interesting to see how people always emphasise on how everyone should have his own free will in everything and that their privacy should be kept intact, but when it comes to celebrities in America, it apears that this right just disapears from reality. It becaoes a priority to expose every little detail about their life, steal their freedom whereever they go and worst of all some take picture of them while at their houses, really why do you want pictures of them in their houses, whatever it is you want to discover, you have no right to go that far.
And some times the topics discussed reach a fascinating degre of stupidity, like "Who is this celeberty eating an ice-cream with?". This is only example it's not real, I used to make my idea clearer.
So the question does celebrities have any kind of freedom? And does this happen everywhere or just in America?

I am getting sick of seeing these Celebrities in the stupid magz and news papers just for going out with someone or because they are using drugs or puched someone. The media is screwed up to. They make such small things go way over others heads. We don't need to know who the heck Paris slept with the night before. I really don't care if Britany Spears lost her kids, she shouldn't've had them anyways, and kow her stupid sister is pregant. What really gets me is that they take something so small and turn it into something bigger then it should be. Just what the media is doing. I personaly couldn't give a stuff about what the "Stars" are doing these days. It's pathict. However I do feel sorry for some. Not all...Just some...

Sorry about my outburst, heh sweatdrop.gif a tad bit off topic there.... Everyone has a right to freedom, I guess they'll never be left alone just cause they are the "Stars" and there are some nosey people out there. Its okay for a little news about a new movie or the red carpets or something like that.... I guess its just like the freedom of spech. The fact that you can get into truoble for saying what you think proves that you can't say whatever you want, therefore it isn't freedom of spech. The Freedom of privacy for the stars is like that...I guess.... *shurgs*....

They are waiting in the darkened corner of the brightest rooms.
Faceless and unknown, motionless and quiet.
Look and you will not see.
Listen and you can not hear.
Reach out and nothing will be touched.
Yet be quiet, and what may be sensed is an overwhelming hunger.

They have but the media violates it and takes it away. Privacy is everyone's right, and it should be respected. Turns out, a lot of people these days don't care less...

War is not neccesarily between two countries...so much has been misinterpreted about it...what we need most is to "war" in our inner self...to fight that being who just won't listen to what's right...

Words...lettered expression of what is within me...I wish, I pray to God to guide me...that I may put into action what is within me...for the betterment of those around me and that He may be pleased with me

We undoubtedly live in a celebrity obsessed society and the media drives this forward to its full advantage. Celebrities do have their own "unspecified" freedoms. The way the political opinions of those in the limelight are portrayed in the mainstream media is communicated to a mass audience and becomes a microcosm for political opinion in general. The way Celebrities are convicted of crimes, yet get off with a smack on the wrist fine instead of going to jail whereas if I dare to say an "average person", would be put in jail. Since we are talking about their privacy, the constitution and the bill of rights forfeited when they passed the patriot act. The United States people have signed our rights away to our corrupt government and to the rich and powerful. Though as far as I am concern the celebs certainly don't look too upset about their invasion of privacy. The last I heard on the radio Tom and Katie were selling their first baby pictures to "People" for half a million. In a logical sense if you were a celeb wouldn't you rather be "wanted" in a magazine than be old news? Get real.. These people live off of the attention of others and glamour. After all if there weren't people chasing after them, talking about them, writing gossip they wouldn't be celebs.
