Hello.
I'm just wondering if anyone is reading the Yuugiou R manga?

Synopsis:
Pegasus' Brother, Tenma, takes his revenge out on Yuugi for killing his brother in Duelist Kingdom, so he takes hold of Kaiba Corp in the US. He kidnaps Anzu and plans to sacrifice her in order to ressurect Pegasus. Yuugi accepts and has to battle 13 duel proffessors in order to reach Tenma.

The manga is pretty cool, although I just usually scan the pages that I find online. It isn't drawn by Kazuki Takahashi himself, but he does supervise the project. It's very interesting, although I hate seeing all these new cards that look like fans made them. Yuugi's deck is surprisingly dark and mysterious, but Yakou's is even scarier. I really have no idea what's going on anymore, but the latest chapter is just spooky. How is Yakou using Black Magic with just cards? He's using similar tactics that Mariku uses, but he had an Sennen Item.

Questions:
1. Do you think Shonen Jump will release the Yuugiou R manga?
2. Do you think Yuugiou R will be animated into an OVA?

I hope Shonen Jump will translate and release Yuugiou R because the Yuugiou DM manga ends in February. Hopefully the Yuugiou GX manga won't get in the way.

Seeing Yuugiou R animated would be really cool and it would be Yuugiou DM's first OVA! Of course, there are somethings to be taken into consideration. Since the manga is different from the anime, there are things that are different (Keith Howard and Pegasus die in the manga, while they live in the anime). But, all anime differs from its manga, so if it is released, there will probably be some changes. The biggest thing is Pegasus' brother, who takes his revenge because of Pegaus' death. I'm not sure how they will change this.

I think it will come out soon but its gonna take sometime.

Oh, what's this? In this issue of Shonen Jump, they included a card from Yuugiou R. Hurray! I wonder when how long it will take them to release it the manga.

Well one of my questions was finally answered. Still waiting on the other though. Maybe Yuugiou GX is getting in the way or something. Or maybe Kazuki isn't interested in it being animated.

I know it is wrong to bump, but...

I doubt Shounen Jump will take Yuugiou R under their wings, simply because of Yuugiou GX. GX has the most publicity next to DM, and they figure why risk money on R when they "assume" (loosely used) most foreign buyers will know what R is.
And as much as I hope, I doubt R will be turned into an OAV. I haven't heard much on Kazuki's side, but it just doesn't seem like such an idea would float. Not with GX getting "so much" publicity.
