Another fun fact off the Tales forums: The two main characters are surviors of the 'Palmacosta incident' ... Something tells me they're not going to be too fond of Lloyd and his group. I'm liking this plot more and more.

The wii is in need for a good RPG, so if this turns out to be true, wii players can finaly play a rpg.

Tales of Symphonia 2: Knight of Ratatosk for 2008 Wii. (Title in Progress)

Unbelieveable eh? I mean out of everything to get a sequel I wasn't REALISTICALLY expecting one....


Facts/Rumors so far:

-Takes place 2 or 3 years after the game events
-The two new main characters are called Emil and Marta...and look way cooler than Colette... but will never be able to top Lloyds 'Buttons' theme XD
-The old characters will appear either as playable OR Npc's, we arent told who will be yet. It seems unlikely Kratos will make a reappearrence. (Fangirls can pray should they desire)
- Zelos dead? Unlikely. But so far unknown... Japan loves him, so I dont think so.
- We think the map is going to be Phantasia-esque but meh, we'll see.
- Theres some kind of Monster raising element to the game that won't play a MAJOR role but will allow a certain class(?unverified) to have a monster evolve and ecompany you in battle (Pokeymans ..jk)
- Luin is seemingly on the rebuilt path as we've seen a few SS's of it. (It's unmistakably Luin, we aren't just speculating on a random town)
- We have no idea who the artist is. Or if Fujishima will do it again...unlikely.


Ratatosk: Is the name of a Red squirrel who in norse mythology was the messenger between Nifilheim (the underworld) and the Yggdrasill Tree/Most of the outside world. Hmmmm some food for thought.
