Um...I started my very first website. I'm kind of in a tough road, since I don't really have experience in making my own graphics.

First question: What program does one use for blends?

Second question: Simple yet ornate design or glitter and/or shiny all around...

Third question: How does one make an animated banner? Like those with moving objects and stuff?

And maybe Macromedia Flash

I study multimedia and for making websites you can use:
- If you want to make a nice basic page just with some lines, use Illustrator it generates vectorial images wich are of very high quality and don't take in much space.
- If you would like to use a lot of blends and images , use Photoshop it is still the best program on the market.

And my advice would be make your site in flash if you like animations if you don't just use dreamweaver then.

P.S.: if you could get your hands on CS3 that would be great, i use it myself and it has a lot more options then CS2

hmmm althow flash is good it dose have its disadvantiges as in it can make your site harder to find on the net but asfar as graphics and animations yeah i agree photoshop is a good program to use

are you using a html gen program to create the webpage or are you going to be doing the coding by hand livinginfaith_48?
