My brother has stated a few times that he would be interested in setting up a media account/account, but we share the same computer thus having the same IP address. What concerns me is if you see two accounts from the same IP address will you delete/ipban both our accounts? I am familiar with people making double accounts for downloading purposes and how you ban them relentlessly so before my brother creates an account, it would be much appreciated if my answer got answered.

The essence are downloads (also mere intentions are noticeable fast enough) which simply occur more often than the definite period of time permits. The results of 'members' choosing the common and popular way of making themselves apparently look smarter by creating 'company' for their benefits.
If IP banning was done only due to appearance of one and the same IP, many members would have their siblings, families delegated away from the forum.
Leaving alone the frequency of encoutering cases of school community.
