I love that My fav is Edward and Flame Alchemist. Do U know that anime ? What is your fav character? What do U think about ending?
I prefer happy ends... So I was extremly happy when I watched The Conqueror of Shambala. Maybe it isn't the best ending, but better than the first.

FMA is my second favourite anime of all time. The animation and effects are cool and the voice acting for both the original and dub is superb (Vic, who voiced Edo, won an award for best male VA).

My favourite character/s are Envy and Wrath. It took me a while to stop calling Envy a female (although, I still do now and then). I pretty much liked all the characters except Pride and that whacked-out guy, Archer, I think.

I personally liked the ending, because it left an opening for either a sequel or a movie, which they did do. I liked FMA because their movie ACTUALLY corresponded with the anime, unlike the other anime movies like Inuyasha, Yuugiou, Pocket Monsters, etc, which were un-needed and confused viewers. The movie was awesome!

I agree with Meeja, Full Metal Alchemist is one of the best anime of all time (in my opinion). My favorite characters were Roy Mustang, and Envy. Though, I must say I don't dislike any of the characters, like I do in so many anime.

FMA is the best anime in my mind put in the word of Charlie, FMA = SEX! I've only seen the 1st 8 episodes (don't air in UK, only seen what charlie had at the time a few weeks ago but come end of june, we're having a full out FMA fest!) Ed is such a great character, just a lil short...

Edward is great, it makes me laugh every time his emotions get spurred by people calling him short, or a shrimp. He has comical relief in the show, but has this serious, yet burdened feel around him.

FMA is cool, just rather angsty, to the point its overly annoying.
However, the funky angsty twist-plots were original.
My favorite character is Roy, I'm a sucker for people who are arrogant and cocky somewhat. Similar to Ed(but Ed actually annoys me much), but whose subtle and aloof at times .

I really liked watching FMA although I thought the film could have been a little bit stronger.

The other wierd thing for me was I got them from Ebay and watched them all subbed. Recently I started to find them on other sites now dubbed and the voices just sounded really strange and out of place to me!!

I think that japanese voice is the best, I love japanese dub Ed and others..

I have yet to come across Full Metal Alchemist in Japanese, I've heard it in French and Spanish. Out of those two I have to prefer English because the subtitles and timing was terrible.

Have anyone watched the FMA movie?
i feel so bad that the series ended.

mayb they should make a second movie , even if they didn't plan on second season.
