YGOL Forums: Who Is Your Most Hated Anime Character - YGOL Forums

I saw this in another forum and thought of it as interesting topic, who would be your most hated character in anime? A lot of people dislike the antagonists for hurting other people for their own good, but you see a few people who despise the protagonists. Anywho, I'll refrain from talking about obvious things and get on with the topic.

My most hated characters are:

Sasuke- He just has this way of getting on my nerves and he's a complete showoff, cool guy and definitly a wanna-be badguy. People like him should get thrown in cage full of soul eaters so that their soul will dissapear from the face of the earth.*cough* On to the next one

Itachi-So he killed his whole clan, has a powerful weapon ect., I dont care, I dont like him*gets assulted by fangirls*

Sakura-*shoves dust of shoulders* look at them bullying an Itachi plushie kuku..huh, oh yeah *clears throat*. She a major damsel in fasion and beauty-not to mention Sasuke-. Her obsession drives me crazy and the fact that she always blames Naruto for everything p****s me off *thinks of destructive ways to torture Sakura but fails miserably*
Kagome-She's a sucker, I almost feel sorry for her. The way she acts when there's a 'Kikyo' atmosphere, jealosy is such a terrible thing and even though she has a great power in her, she acts like an damsel in distress when there is trouble. Inuyasha always has to save her, she should shoot the darn guy(the bad guys) if he is irritating her, she does have a bow and arrows.

Ichigo(from Tokyo Mew Mew)-Her attitude and everything gets on my nerves, I cant even describe how much I want to put her in a hot stove and serve her to the hungry beasts of nature.

There are many others but I'll give them later. Now you guys can give your answers.

P.S. I also dont need to like every Tom, Piet and Harry that passes me by on the street, and that is why I dislike Itachi, the others also fall into this reason. Now I'll leave you alone.

Here's some of the characters I hate:

Rafael(YuGiOh), who the heck does he think he is. He's an idiot who was brainwashed into Dartz's little cult. Sure he's caring deep down if u look behind all the pig headeness. He believed everything Dartz said, What a naive numbscull He was so rude to Atem as well. He told Atem that he was an evil Pharaoh and screwed with the poor guy's head. He had no right to say anything like that to Atem. He has no idea what Atem had to go through in his life. Rafael should respect ppl way older than him, especially 5000 year old spirits. I wish Atem had some spirit powers and kick Rafael's a**. He's so disrespectful and annoying, and his hair ticks me off... *Get's pummled and beaten by ancient spirits* :Doom:

Noah(YuGiOh), annoying little brat, nuff said.

Emperor Dornkirk(Escaflowne), He just sits there on his stupid chair watching the world repeadidly saying "I cant see the ideal future" And how dare he try to take over Gaea, He's not even from there, he's from Earth. *Kills himself after failing to take over Gaea*. :Doom:

I have more Characters I don't like but I can't remember them right now.

Naraku and Kagome from Inuyasha really get on my nerves. Naraku is a coward who does nothing but hide and send his minions out to do his dirty work. He can't get it through his mind that he should just take defeat, but's he way too proud. He doesn't even die at the end of the series. WTF is up with that?

Kagome is a whiny little school girl that does absolutely nothing. She has a weapon, so use it! Stop screaming your head off, yelling at Inuyasha to save you! Why does she get so jealous when Inuyasha talks about Kikyo. He loves Kikyo and will never stop, yet Kagome will abuse Inuyasha because of his feelings, then later say, "Oh, did I do that?"

Same thing with Sakura from Naruto. Sasuke doesn't like you, so stop pretending he does! He has better things to worry about and having a girlfriend has never crossed his mind.

I don't dislike Mazaki Anzu from Yu-Gi-Oh. I just don't like it how she sometimes uses Yuugi to get to Yami. Yuugi really likes her, yet Anzu looks straight past that. I'm glad Atemu left, because now Anzu has a chance to get in touch with her feelings.

And I guess the other characters I hate are Team Rocket from Pokemon. They are annoying and they should have easily died from that lightning bolt on episode 1. Die already...

Yaa, Tea does have a tendency to look towards Atem instead, I mean who does she think she's kidding, Atem is 5000 times her age. And Atem obviously doesn't like Tea in that way or if he does he doesn't show it. I think Kazuki should have emphasized on the relationship with Yugi and Tea a little more after season 0.

in Shonen Jump fan mail he answered a girl's question about Yugi and Tea:

I actually really like Sakura!! she is SOO funny and i think she places a comic-relief role, but later on in the manga she becomes quite a main character and isn't pathetic like before!

One anime character that i HATE is sakura from card captors. All she does is so happy and just gets on my nerves...kind of like tea><

Mine is Seto Kaiba hands down.

He was okay in Duelist Kingdom and the game, but after that, especially during Battle city, he got really arrogant and totally obsessed with Obelisk. (Infact he was obsessed with all the Egyptian God Cards) He didn't seem to care about how anyone else was suffering in his tournament, just so long as he could see the God Cards in action.
Everyone else (except Malik/Yami Malik obviously) was thinking about saving the people they care about, and all Kaiba could think of was his own stupid title.
He annoys me when he always goes on about how he should be the best. He's a bit too full of himself IMO.
Atemu has an ego too. But his doesn't bother me like Kaiba's because, as a friend of mine said, Atemu just has a lot of pride. Kaiba has a lot of pride and will tell the whole world about it, if he has his way.

I also hate that people use his bad past as a way to justify his behaviour.
Yami was trapped inside a puzzle for 3000/5000 years which personally i would consider infinitely worse than what Seto went through. And Joey hasn't had it easy either. He was from a broken home and was forced to live with a drunken and possibly abusive father. He was even separated from his sister. At least Seto still had Mokuba with him the whole time. And yet they've both turned out to be nice people. But of course, not dear old Seto.... ¬_¬

Apparently, he can do no wrong. No matter what happens, or whatever Kaiba has done, he's completely innocent. "It's all Gozaburo's fault" It's all i ever hear. No matter what the situation, someone else is always to blame.

Outside Pegasus' castle, Kaiba was the one who was being out of line to Yuugi. People say he was trying to save his brother, but they seem to forget that YUUGI WAS NOT IN HIS WAY. He'd already won the duel and had everything he needed to enter the castle. It was an awful low blow, to act the way he did towards Yuugi. It's called "kicking a man while he's down". And guess who always gets the blame here? Anzu! Because she tried to defend her friend. And i've even seen Yuugi bashing here. And for what? He's the reason Kaiba was still living. Argg. ><
And how about Jounouchi? I can't stand the way Kaiba treats him. Sure Jou isn't exactly polite to Kaiba either, but neither would i be, if Kaiba always treated me the same way he does Jou.

What REALLY bugs me, is that Kaiba always expects everyone to understand HIS reasons for doing the things he does, but he really doesn't give a crud about anyone else's reasons for what they do. He's so darn selfish that it's not even funny. And when he threatened suicide, i thought that was also a selfish decision. He was only considering himself. Supposing Mokuba had been rescued. What would he think if he found out "Niisama killed himself". It seems Kaiba didn't even consider that. He was only thinking about himself.

So yeah, I hate the elitism, i hate his superiority complex, and i just find him an extreamly boring character.
That...and i also have to regularly resist the urge to strangle him. Yeah.
*prepares to be shot* I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot barge pole.

Whoa...*blinks* I've never known ANYONE to hate Kaiba that much.

My most hated anime Character is....(drumroll) HONDA!

I mean, c'mon! He has no actual purpose in Yugioh!
Anzu:perky, friendship speeches. i respect her for that. Someone has to do it...
Jonouchi: Yugi/Atemu's right hand man. Simple as that.
Yugi:Main character
Atemu: Main character #2
Kaiba: Someone to annoy Yugi to get better and better.
Bakura:Main antagonist.
Honda:..........................NO PURPOSE!! Why's he there anyways?

i only have 2:

Tea/Anzu form yugioh - i dispise this creature and not only because of her annoying, endless and pointless friendship rants. i hate everything about her, simple as that.

Kariya from Bleach - he's the main vilian of the Bounto saga, witch its a pretty boring saga, but thats not the reason why i hate him. at first i liked this saga untill this little basters killed my two favs character from it: Ryo Utagaua (his buttler) and his ex-girlfriend (i ALWAYS forget her V_V).

when he killed Ryo he made my blood boiled, along with Ryo he killed Ryo's Doll/Pet talking snake Friido. that snake was awesome and knew how to kick butt. he was the best thing this saga had so far

and before Kariya killed his girlfriend, he "raped" her (what? in some freekish way he did those Bitto bug-thingies are like her sons o.O eww...). that made hate him even more. it also made lose my interest in the Bounto saga -__-

Naruto is only that annoying in the english version, I think I've only seen Naruto yell 'Believe It!' about 5 times(maybe more maybe less) in the japanese version but yes, he kind of get annoying.

Nicely set out, I've never seen a Kaiba hater that big and quite frankly I'm happy that you dislike him. Two reasons, firstly now I know I'm not the only one who hates kaiba and secondly, he's got too much fans out in the world. You actually summed up why I hate him. Thank You ^-^.
And yes, it is quite nice to let go of your anger toward someone

If you notice, in the first season-Season Zero- Honda does actually have an purpose and he gets an fair amount of screen time, not only that but he is Jounouchi's first, not to mention best, friend other than Yugi. You'll see when Jounouchi duelled against 'Dinosaur' Ryuuzaki, Honda actually helped him by giving Jounouchi a certain card(forgot the name). So Honda does have some meaning in the series

-everyone from the anime Ninku, that show is just retarded.

-That nazi yakuza ###### from Gokusen [annoying chara design, annoying seiyuu]

-Himeji from Joshikousei [annoying seiyuu, ######...nuff said]

-Honda from Yu-Gi-Oh! [he's only useful as a human shield...]

In Yu-Gi-Oh! all my hatred belongs to Yuugi and his Yami. Why? It's a long story that starts in Doma Arc, then throws itself back to the very beginning of the Battle City.

At first, Yami had my respect because it seemed as though every calamity hits him bullseye. But slowly that changed. It all started with Tea/Anzu and her constant friendship rants. You're all friends, so what? Do you have to rant the entire time about "friendship power" and crap of that sort? And do you have to rub the amount of your friends in other's faces? Because, hello!!! not all of us have a ton of friends and one more on every corner. Some people get jealous, some people start to hate such persons, and that is why half the troubles befall Yuugi and his group.

Second. Kaiba. It drives me up the wall how Yuugi tries to force his friendship onto him. Yes, Kaiba needs friends, but dude! Let the guy choose for himself. Plus, comparing their social status, you can see the difference between them, like, a LOT. Therefore Kaiba will NOT trust Yuugi or any of his friends nor accept their friendship for the single fact that his view on life is distorted, and he thinks that they are searching only for the benefits such a friendship can offer. He thinks they'll just use him, and he's gotten burnt before. Besides, doesn't Yuugi look up to Kaiba when he needs help (Doma Arc)? Add all the other times when Kaiba Corp has come to save the day and their lives. Of course, Kaiba Corp is the cause of half of Yuugi's problems, but whatever. She shouldn't have gotten involved with Kaiba if he wanted to stay out of trouble. Common sense, anyone?

Third. Yuugi's immaturity and childishness. Why can't he just tell Tea/Anzu about his feelings? But that, of course, is the author's thing. Besides, Yuugi is so gullible. Want a proof? The beginning of Memory Arc. He swallows everything that Bakura says. HELLO?!?!?! Who in their right mind would trust someone like Bakura, and especially knowing how he is? Sure, Yuugi's nice and all and really wants to help Atemu, or whatever you prefer to call him, but sanity is not so overrated to drop it on the spot upon other person's beck and call.

And so, it all leads us back to Doma Arc where Atemu turned out to be a sore loser, even worse than Kaiba. He drowned himself in self-pity after losing the duel to Raphael. Now, do you see Kaiba wallowing in misery? Hell no! He moves on, striving to improve (even though there's nothing to improve, but that's irrelevant at the moment). At that moment Atemu lost all my respect, and went downhill from there on.
Yuugi never gave up on him, but once the tables turned, Atemu blew it. He gave up on Yuugi. Hence, Yuugi has kept a little of my pity for having such a pathetic person as his yami, and the center of my hatred has slightly skidded from its previous place and inclined towards Atemu.

I don't dislike many characters but some times Tea can get annoying with her friendship speeches and will be together and all that stuff it's not a problem unless she uses it too much.

Honda does have a purpose he's Joeys friend and helps Yugi as well and someties duels he does have purpose you just need to find it and plus he sometimes makes the show funny.

Talk about another Anzu DX. Hinamori just flat out annoys me with her obsession with her Captain(Aizen Sousuke). She also is gullible to the damndest-She was fooled by Aizen into thinking he was the kindest Captain ever, and then even after he tried to kill her...she believed he was under the influence. LIKE WTF!?!? Does he need to stab you another couple times for you to get the point?! And she obviously doesn't like Hitsugaya, and appreciates his friendship like she should

Masaki Anzu from Yuugiou:
d00d, the bi!ch can burn in hell, I'll say it once, I'll say it again. She uses Yuugi to get to Yami, and I have a completel problem with that. She also has a horrible taste in fashion, and she really honestly is just looking out for herself. DX

Uchiha Sasuke, Haruno Sakura, Uzamaki Naruto, Kankuro from Naruto: They are annoying, point simple.

Itachi > Sasuke
Ino, Anko > Sakura (even later in the manga, she's just certified with Tsunade's powers, thats it-she still is annoying and sucks)
Everyone > Naruto
... > Kankuro. I just dislike him cause he's ugly as hell DX.

Misawa Daichi, Manjoyme Jun, Edo Pheonix, and Yuuki Juddai from YuGiOh: Generation X
Annoying as hell, end of story. And juddai gets tooo TOO much air time DX.

Asato Tsuzuki from Yami no Matsuei:
The dub on this is perfect!! Except for Tsuzuki's dubber is Dan Green, who also does Yami/Yuugi's voice from YGO, and when Tsuzuki screams, it sounds like Yami screaming...Also, Tsuzuki is too much suicidal for my taste XP

first: it HAS to be anzu/tea....shes so annoying and....well i just hate her ^.^
second:think it might be honda/tristan (mayb because hes just ugly and annoying ^.^)
third: im sorry all of yugi fans....i just hate yugi....no offence but i hate his eyes...it covers over half of his head! i know its supposed to look innocent but....its just scary....sorry yugi fans....i mean i like yami/atemu but just not yugi.

Shinji Ikari - Neon Genesis Evangelion - This kid is the definition of insecurity. He spends too much time lost in his little world despite the efforts of others to snap him out of it. Not to completely bash him, he hasn't had parental love through out the course of his life, but still, that doesn't stop me from disliking him.

Chibiusa - Sailor Moon - Plain and simple, she is annoying. Stop fighting for Mamo-chan, he's your flippin father in the future!!

Usagi - Sailor Moon - Yea, so Chibiusa is clingly on her boyfriend, so does that give her reason to do the same? No, because the guy isn't going to go any, in fact, he'd probably want to leave. Sure she may be humorous as times, but for the most part, when she clashes with Chibiusa, it just shows that she is just the same annoying little brat as her "foe".

Naraku - Inuyasha - Everyone pretty much stated what I want to say, so no need to repeat.

Sho and Kenzan - Yugioh GX - Yeah... lets fight and see which one of us gets to call Judai, "Aniki"

Kagome- Although, I'm not a big Inuyasha fan, I don't find Kagome the slightest bit annoying. She gets kidnapped a lot, but I don't find her annoying. :/

Anzu- Another majorly hated character, I dislike her, not hate her. Her dubbed voice is annoying and so is her fashion but that's superficial.
And well, she ignores the fact that Yuugi has a crush on her..she doesn't really get out and do what she wants..unlike Mai. Anzu just gives out moral support and friendship speeches :/ and crushes on Yami no Yuugi's voice. Voice. >_>

Honda is a good character, I like him. He's there, to make me laugh. He's there for support, like Otogi and Anzu. They have no major purpose, If Honda wasn't there, the story line wouldn't be the same..who knows, Otogi would be the robot monkey. [x Anyway, not all characters have a big purpose.

I didn't talk about which characters I hate and why, because well. I don't have a character which I terribly hate. :/ Not one that comes to mind quickly anyway.

And I'm sorry, yamisteph. But I don't see how you can hate a character purely of their eyes. Yuugi's eyes are somewhat different from everyone else's but, I think you hate his eyes, not Yuugi himself. :]

The most hated anime people is aknaden, sakura, flay and naraku.

I hate aknaden becuase he wants to kill the phoaroh so that his son seto becomes phoaroh , that's just lame

Sakura she p***** me off because she thinks sasuke loves her but doesn't see that naruto or rock lee likes her but insted she ignores them and go after an impossible dream that sasuke likes her

Flay is just an idiot because she doesn't know how kira feel's about piloting the strike and yet she wanted to use him for her own revenge, she also dated him to manipulate kira so that he will fight for her safety but soon ended when kira almost died

naraku is one hell of a cowerd because every time he get's defeated he runs away and sent his minions to kill something or someone
