A. INTRO
I. What is this?
This guide is designed to give you a better understanding of what a noob is, how to recognize them, some details about them, and how to avoid or get rid of them. It mostly applies to online forums, which are the main targets of migrating noobs.

II. Defining 'Noob'
Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not the same thing. Newbs are those who are new to some task* and are very beginner at it, possibly a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. Noobs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own. It is the latter we will study in this guide so that the reader is prepared to encounter them in the wild if needed.

Noobs are often referred to as n00bs as a sign of disrespect toward them, and it's often hella funny, but I will refer to them as noobs during this reading.

B. COMMON NOOB CHARACTERISTICS
I. Noobish
Often, but not always, noobs will attempt to communicate in their own primitive language, known as noobish. It is a variant of the hacker language that exposes them as having little intelligence or will to learn. Here is an example of some noobish. Do not attempt to comprehend it: it cannot be discerned without professionals at hand.

Although you may find this unbelievably funny and/or annoying, it is best to restrain yourself and keep from talking back to them, as they are very territorial and easily angered. This will result in their attempted verbal abuse of you, possibly backed up by other noobs, because they work in packs when doing offensive tasks. It is not an easy task to learn this language because our intelligent accent will keep it from sounding quite right when spoken. You can write some simple noobish of your own, however, by slamming your face into your keyboard repeatedly.

II. Where to find noobs
On the internet, noobs make their colonies on forums. They migrate in waves, usually on weekends, and proceed to clog up bandwidth with stupid questions and sometimes even stupid answers. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to be on a board large enough to attract migrating noobs, there will hopefully be authority in charge who is smart enough to take extermination measures before they can make nests and larger colonies.

Larger colonies can result in the mutation of some into spammers. Not commercial spammers, but pointless spammers. A noob can become one of these at any point, but the larger the amount of noobs, the more chance pointless spammers will appear.

Off the internet, noobs appear anywhere the focus is on learning or discussing something specific.

III. Behavior of noobs
Since noobs are basically ignorant bastards, they have a lot in common. The most often seen characteristic is their fluency in noobish, which is why it got its own section. They will also be very self confident as if they were the absolute best at what they are in fact the worst at. Also, they are quite agressive and self-centered, and tend to laugh a lot using many L's and O's in rapid sucession (the noobish word for laughing like an ultimate retard).

It is their instinct to assemble in packs for defense, and they often attempt to organize packs that they call teams. Unfortunately for them, teams usually result in a total loss of communication and they can often begin to fight amongst each other. These teams are quite unlike those formed by non-noobs.

Noobs have difficulty reading english and cannot comprehend the idea of authority.

Therefore, they have an all-out disregard for rules, basic or not. A good way to identify a noob (bad) vs. a newb (good) is to tell them (or have an authority tell them) which rule they are unknowingly breaking. If they respond with an apology and fix it, they are probably not a noob. If they react by insulting everything around them in rapid noobish and causing general mayhem, it is because they are a noob and have had a small seizure due to their inability to understand what is happening.

IV. Noob religion
Noobs follow a variation of the 1337 (sometimes 7331) religion, in which they worship the number in odd rituals and put altars in their forum avatars and signatures. They often call themselves 1337, which experts say is somewhat like calling themselves godly in a human language. It's best to not interfere with their religious fantasies and practices because that can lead to a noob uprising, which can turn a forum to mush in less than a week.

V. More about noob habitats
Noobs often attempt to maintain their own web pages. Some common features of these lairs are a terrible lack of content, background music, lots of pointless animated gifs, and pages that say some variation of 'tHEir isnothinG H34r yEtt LOLLOLOL!111!1!!~~~!!`! 13371337', which means 'Nothing here yet' in noobish.

They will also have large, seemingly infinite marquees of 88X31 affiliate buttons replaced with red X's scattered here and there, and possibly a hit counter showing a number less than 100. These habitats are numerous but fairly easy to avoid because only noobs link to them. So if you can identify a noob, don't go to its homepage. Simple as that.


C. AVOIDING NOOBS

The main factor in attracting migrating herds of noobs is a large, active forum. If you find one of these, look to see if it has the management to avoid noob infestation. If not, look for a small or mid-sized forum that covers the same topic so you can enjoy your time there before the noobs find it.

Another way to keep noobs from interfering with your life is to become part of the authority on one of these forums. But that's often hard to do so you'll probably be better off avoiding larger forums first off. If you do manage to become part of the authority, however, take full advantage of it and establish extermination policies so that normal people can have a nice time without noob infestations.

The object that best represents me is a wide and narrow vase filled to the brim with water.

This game is complete with features such as fishing, farming, and mining which allow you to increase your abilities when picking spoils from monsters. You also can gain secret items not find in spoils from monsters or other NPCs. Two features not found in many other games used specifically/directly by the user is 'flying' and 'alchemy'. In most games, you must visit a NPC to use "alchemy" in order to create new armor or items; in DOMO you can do it yourself or ask other players.



There is four races to choose from: Human, Shura, Sylph, and Sprite. On top of the many jobs you can do: Blademaster, Merchant, Fencers, Marital Artist, Thieves, Hunters, Wizards, Shaman King, Musicians, Dancers, & Doctors. They also have pets: ruby, jade, rock, metal, sapphire, and lily.

This is an awesome game, I am addicted :3. I am a lvl 22 Thief (that's me & my pet in the screenshot). There is a lot of opportunities for having fun and becoming one of the top players on a server. You can join a guild, do one of the many quests, or help out the newer characters who come along. They even added in 3 relationship bonuses; love, friendship, and teacher. I could go into detail, but you need to play to get it all. Anywya, wanted to know if anyone else has played or if anyone considers playing? :3

Well there seems to be some new blood here in this forum. So, I started thinking to myself, "let's see how well this new blood flows." In no way am i trying to offend any of you lovely members, however i do love to test the intellect and minds of others and see how far they can be pushed to get desired results. Here is the paradigm.

Which Undesirable situation would you rather be in, "none" however will be deemed unexceptable.

The first is being in a state of mourning for one whom you loved dearly and known for a reasonable amount of time, for their death to effect you. This can be anyone that you deem worthy enough to remember and mourn for if they pass. The way they pass is a sudden event in which there was no possible way to prevent the death from occuring, and to make life even better you just found out it happend.

Now for the second part, would you rather be in a state of depression where your entire life seems to be going the entire opposite of what you wanted. Friends have turned their backs on you, and parents no longer care for you (their maturnity instincts suddenly vanished and your worth less then the dirt on your shoes to them).

Choose your poison well, both are positions where most humans do not want to be at all in their lifespans. Losing someone rather close to you in such a quick moment is utterly shocking but leaves deep scars over the course of time. Being constantly let down and absolutely abondond is just as devastating, and to have no one to turn to makes it hard to bare.

Hi all , first of all..I am sorry because this may be my second topic , almost same title .. and .. sorry for grammer mistakes in advance

In our life , everyone get problems , but some people -like me- have alot of problems in relations with other ppl.
It is because maybe , I care more than usual .. and the good point is that I tell other people such as mother , teacher
or so on , my problems , trying to fix it .. and when I open this forum I feel relax with the people , and thier judgment.
I don't have any thing talk about , search some topics and avoide posting alot. Last time I put my problem here I can
say it has been solved and I hope some people find my problem with others.

It all started when I entered a new class , find many great people - since the class is special they collected people
by ranks - I saw myself with friends all around me. But with days , I see myself lose them one by one , the first guy
went with someone who hate me , and I belive he changed totally , but still one of my great friends . The other one
doesn't like other friend of mine and he look at me with a hard look when I go with him , and I tried many times to make
them be friends but nothing happened "no reason" they both say. Yeah I can't change everyone you say , but I think those
are problems , its ok to fix them , I consider these nothing from what I am going to explain now.

One of my best friends named Hamad , after our friendship went just perfect , I showed him -after like 6 months
in same class- a friend of mine who I knew from 8 years . Then , some weeks later Hamad moved his table which
was infront of me to my other friend (Ahmad) and I was disappointed and just shuted up I couldn't say anything to him
about this , I thought its just OK but then he begin not to go with me sometimes , don't talk much with me , and some
moves that makes you think ALOT.

I still alright , until it started to be sillier , he changed his name in MSN to (Ahmad I like you much and happy to know
you) like months later . next day I went to school and I was like from thinking .. " Hamad has changed , its alirght "
wew I saw things I better didn't see , Ahmed showed Hamad what he didn't show me as friend , like talking in class , play
together , joking ect.. I was luaghing strangely =S wow I don't want to see more .. I went to home to see Ahmed changed
his name in MSN to (Hamad your the only one I like too , whoever doesn't like this shut up) I thought this is waaaay
childish and kinda funny to hear , and..like they know about me..? or..? anyways i was sad I dunno whats going on around
me , I told Hamad he was answering me as we friends and he's sorry bla bla then weeks later he back his table and I told
him " dont return to not make me sad again when you go " he was saying something like don't belive I can go bla bla I was
quite and waiting until some days when I been driven into a lake of sadness he returned . Then Ahmed act like he didn't see
me when I walk next to him so I belived he is not as I thought and just not as we was , years ago. I told him I don't want to
talk with him , and he kinda want to end the conversation with the word I said , careless eh? days later he try to back to me
I tell him I don't want him anymore and I don't care and some similer lies .. Hamad starting to go then back , currently his
name in the messenger (Only Ahmed) I act like I don't see him in school , I don't want to talk to him , he knew it and he is
not doing anything , I will put someone of my friends in his place so he can't back .. well .. =/ .. this is it soooo shortly some
things are hidden , some sad things I deleted it..=) I got now 2 friends out of over 10 , almost everyone went with Ahmed
and that make me alittle sad more than what am in. I want both friends Ahmed and Hamad to back , but with some respect
=/ hard to change people you like .. and I don't like to forget people I will see daily until 3 or 4 or maybe even 10 more years..
I can't do anything and I get sad when I see them , when Hamad was alone .. he was caring about our friendship now who
knows .. =) ...... I dunno whats going on I don't want to start losing more friends , friends mean much for me , and I taste the
way a lonely live once and I don't want to get back to it..

Thats all , some little more , my friends were all around my table and place and now there is only 1 or 2 , and I tried getting some friends near me but I couldn't. Ahmed is the first ranked guy I come second , and Hamad is like 6th or somthing and our
friends are top rated guys , ranks by marks , famouse , hoppies , projects , and teacher relation and others. Yeah you can
rarely find good friend at intermediate school =/ our class is the only chance in my life lol these are some problems of mine

Just as the title of this says "Stories". I would like others to post too, so it's not always me that posts. I hope people will tell me what they think of these stories and I'll do the same. Oh and my stories are purely ficton...just made up n.n... So here goes...This is my Monolog (sp) for Drama last year.




The year is 1888 and this is the second time he has called today.

Why does he call?

Doesn’t he understand that you only get an hour? Two at the most?

It’s not like he paid me anyway. And it’s not like I wanted it to be this way either, but after Mama died we didn’t

have any money and it’s not like I can send Bessie to the factories can I? What kind of sister does that?

Gee, Mama would banish me if she knew what I was doing.

Oh, why can’t he have Bessie?

Sure, she’s only sixteen but she could rack in a lot of money with her mid-length auburn hair, bright sea-green
eye, creamy porcelain skin, blush stained cheeks from playing in the autumn wind and rose red lips.

What do I have to show for a twenty years old? Long black hair, light grey eyes, a clear but pale complexion and
rose red lips.

Wait…what the hell? Why do I only get the rose red lips and she gets everything else?

I hear a soft thud from upstairs.

But I’m not worried as Bessie is upstairs in our room reading her books.

I continue on with my task of making Bessie a cape for this winter, sighing and humming.

There is a cough and knock on the door.

I call “Come in…its open”

I can smell his scent before he even comes to stand next to me; his mouth-watering scent of the springtime rains mixed with the summer heat.

I stand to greet him and give him a warm smile, but all I got back is a cold glare.

His perfect face is twisted in rage; his deep ocean blue eyes are glinting madly.

Why though? What have I done? I don’t understand!

I start to back away towards the stairs.

He laughs and slowly advances on me and that’s when I see them.

The thin cord in one hand, a butcher’s knife in the other which glitters in the oil-lamp light.

He laughs again and doesn’t stop coming for me.

I turn on my heel and flee upstairs and into mine and Bessie’s room, slamming the door.

I look wildly around the room for a weapon…something that I can use against him.

No such luck.

Then my eyes fall on Bessie’s bed and see that she is sprawled across the bed, her beautiful hair all over the

place, her bright sea-green eyes now glazed over and an off colour, her perfect, creamy skin blue, just like the
dress she was wearing.

I gasp as I look more closely as I see that it’s not blue anymore as a crimson stain had been seeping from her throat.

The room swarms before me as I try not to be sick and run over to our washbasin and pour water from the China jug that Mama had given us two Christmas’s ago.

I splash my face with the cool water and reach for a towel.

That’s when I feel the thin cord around my neck and I gasp for air.

Oh my…my Lord! He’s got me! I don’t want to die! Mama! Help!

I try to struggle, I try to cry out, but the only thing that comes out is gasping noises.

He kicks the back on my knees so I fall onto them.

I can’t breath; he has the cord tightly around my neck.

It’s like wearing the tightest corset to ever be made!

Tears drip down my face as I feel the hard, cruel steel of the knife slide across my throat, just like a hot knife
cutting butter.

I put my hands to my throat and I feel the warmth of my blood trickling down onto my white dress.

I try to say something, try to laugh or giggle even, but all that comes out is a gurgle.

I hit the floor and hear him laugh like thunder and crackle like lighting.

Then I realize something.

I know who he is.

I should have from the start.

It’s in the newspapers.

It’s entirely my fault.

Mama and Bessie…I’m sorry. I've let you both down.

During the day people call him Jack the Shoe Shiner.

But in the dead of night, just like this windy autumn night, he is the one and only, Jack the Ripper!

I watch him walk out and then, a blackness sounds me and I never see him again.

It's common sense that a teacher deserves a respect from those whom he teaches, but what accessories comes with this respect; for example let's say that a teacher doesn't like a certain hairstyle and then a student comes to the class with this specific hair style, does the teacher have the right to warn the student of coming to the class with that style again, and if the student didn't follow the warning, is it allowed for the teacher to not accept this student in his class? What if it was about clothes instead of hair styles?(or any other things you may think of: tatoos, piercings, ...etc.)

A teacher gives what knowledge and maybe experiences he has to his students, whether the reason for that is that he gets a good salary or because he likes his job and wants to help is irrelevant, since the fact remains that he is giving a lot. But there are teachers whom are just obnoxious, they enjoy just abusing their students(I think this is kind is not that common, but they exist), does that cancel their right to be respected even though they are still giving their students the knowledge they have?

How much authority does a teacher has on his students? How much respect does a teacher deserve? What are the boundaries that limits a teachers' actions? Does a teacher's looks effect how much respect he deserves? Can a bond of friendship be formed with a teacher(this highly depends on one's own definition of friendship, mentioning it is up to whoever wants to contribute to this topic).

Whether it be 'I have a dream', by Martin Luther King, Jr or ' That's hot' by Paris hilton, throughout our lives, we will most likely base some of our decisions and find guidance based on what others have said in the past or present, whether they be from someone of high importance or just regular, everyday people.

I find the word 'freak' to be a brutal word. Why must we use such a word to describe someone for being an individual? We are all different, meaning we may look different, talk different and/or see things in a different way. If someone will purposely go out of their way to ridicule someone, then only they should be dubbed as a freak. I hope people see this as well.

I believe anyone is true when they do things according and based on what they think is right. When you act and do things because others tell you, then I believe you are only hurting yourself. Society, to me, is just one big group of people who look, talk and act the same. If you rise above and choose to be yourself, then you are being true to yourself and I find that admirable.

This issue has come to my minda lot lately, so I thought of making a topic about to broaden my knowledge regarding it and one what light does people see it.
It's interesting to see how people always emphasise on how everyone should have his own free will in everything and that their privacy should be kept intact, but when it comes to celebrities in America, it apears that this right just disapears from reality. It becaoes a priority to expose every little detail about their life, steal their freedom whereever they go and worst of all some take picture of them while at their houses, really why do you want pictures of them in their houses, whatever it is you want to discover, you have no right to go that far.
And some times the topics discussed reach a fascinating degre of stupidity, like "Who is this celeberty eating an ice-cream with?". This is only example it's not real, I used to make my idea clearer.
So the question does celebrities have any kind of freedom? And does this happen everywhere or just in America?

'Words'

This is a very simple topic with only three questions with different parts to them.

1. What are your favourite words? Why are they your favourite (is it their definition, how they sound, what they mean to you, etc)? When do you use these words (be specific)?

For me, my absolute favourite word is 'Gucci' (Goo-Chee) mainly because of how it sounds. I don't think it has a specific meaning, it's just the name of a brand-type of clothing. I use this term as a nickname for my black cat, Luna. We call her numerous times 'Gucci' and 'Gucc'. We also made up our own definition for the word. 'Gucci' meaning to tickle.

My other favourite word is 'Chichiue' which is Japanese for 'Father' (used by royalty and high-status people). Just by looking at the word, you cannot pronounce it correctly. You have to hear it first instead. 'Schew-Ei' (that's as good as I can write it). Again, it's just by how the word is said as to why I like it.

2. What are your least favourite words? Why are they your least favourite (is it their definition, how they seem similar to something, how they are used, etc)? How did you come to not likes these words?

My least-favourite words are dual-meaning words, made up by todays youth. They are stupid and highly innapropriate by definition and how they are used in a sentence. I dispise them all, really, being one who likes only perfect english. I've always hated these words too, yet more and more keep appearing out of nowhere.

3. Have you made up your own words? What are they called and what do they mean? Use them in a sentence...

No need to go all nuts and start posting essay-like responses with in-depth research and whatnot. Just be specific. Be as creative, humourous, etc with your response. Don't just choose english words too. Do you have any favourite Japanese, Greek, Russian, Italian, etc, words?

There is only one main question: Do you think the way to obtain wisdom (knowledge about the functioning of the world: mostly about the position of the humans) leads through suffering (psychical and/or physical)?
The easiest and quickiest transition perhaps as when we are in suffering we have already the base, the ground (as the state thanks to which we receive the access to congnition)...

There are two reasons for the opinions to be formed - whether to have them derived from experiences or/and personal pondering, both matter . . .

Out of three periods, time on the Earth is divided into, future is always ahead of us.
As human beings we can depend on the information given by the ability to conclude the results from observations, or steps taken to achieve the aims placed in the future (naturally).
However, looking at the notion of the future as at a stable, ensured concept; human's predictions are never bound to the certainty, regardless of the height of the probability.

Do you see the future...
As if knowledge about it was really such power as it apparently looks to be?
As the irreversible process of the course of life or rather as a flexible matter possible to be mold if only one had an access to knowledge about it before it happens?
...as something independent, fickle and elusive that human could never grasp, get their hands on it, never reach by means of the science.
In another addition, could knowledge about the future not constitute "the future" since the realisation always occurs in present?

We know the past, the present - these are the periods that are not susceptible to a change (at least this is the point of view being closed in the boundaries of our human reasoning and abilities. Irrespective of my presumptions that they do not alter even though I am being open to other possibilites, this belief still appears to have no ground for the truth since this also doesn't cross out the fact that I am a human being), hence they can be safely called stable, constant matters.
However we are not able to refer the same analogy to the future as the future does not exist in our consciousness as a stable concept in itself.
But future is theoretically, and some would add - practically as well, unavoidable.
If one would become capable of receiving information about the future in the form of visions or thoughts, would it then maintain the true description of the future? Would something in which there exists the possibility of being modified or replaced (in other words it equals with it never occuring) still deserve to carry the name of "the future" - the name of something what will happen in the form assigned to it.
Again, if we were supposed to be aware of the future look of the scenario and at the same time were supplied with the chance of a change would we not be "false foretellers" since we would be only aware of what we changed? Since the future about which we received information appeared to differ.
Perhaps, this is the situation in which some people who have seen smaller or larger parts are or were. However we hear only about those whose version appeared eventually to be beyond the influence.

Should you be willing to share your thoughts concerning any possibile way the concept of future can be described by, their presence will be welcomed.
Feel free to touch whatever aspects you like ("prediction of the future as a curse" for instance, etc) without uncertainty concerning going beyond the content of the topic. The matters are connected with one another even more closely than they seem to be at first sight.
